Financial Aspects


Costs

The administrative fee is approx. 425,06€ each semester of the Master programme and living expenses (approx. 650 €/month) have to be financed by the students.

 

Scholarships

In the case that a candidate has not the possibility to finance the costs by himself, he is advised to check whether financing could be provided by local, national or other sources.

Scholarships for young professionals available!

Young professionals from developing countries, who have a B.Sc. degree in one of the WATENV-related subjects and at least two years of professional experience can apply for a scholarship under the DAAD funding scheme "Development-Related Postgraduate Courses".

When applying directly to the WATENV office at Leibniz Universität Hannover, the application deadline for the academic year 2017/2018 is September 30th, 2016.

WMO (World Meteorological Organization) fellowships

Qualified candidates from least developed and developing countries should send their applications through the Permanent Representatives of their respective
